Like many Raving Maven Retro items, this still has the “Remove Before Wearing or Washing” tag inside, so it is a retro item but is brand-new. It has a lovely navy blue liner inside and a super delightful two inch slit up the back. It has a backside zipper with a hook and eye closure.
