This blouse top is made by Evolution by JMS. It is a sheer fabric, so what you wear underneath is up to you! It is a WOMAN’S size 2X (18W/20W). It is 100% polyester. 
 
It has an elastic bottom with a half inch ruffle. It has double flounced sleeves. It’s full of personality, and yet tells everyone how tough, empowered, and courageous you are in your style.
